Compensation Plan

Issues to be noted:
" Tianshi accounting month closes on the 25th day of each month, namely all sales value achieved on or before the 25th will be taken into account for the calculation of bonuses. All sales achieved from 26th day to the 25th day of the following month, will be taken into account in calculating the bonuses for the following accounting month.

" All Tianshi Independent Consultants may be entitled to the Retail Sales Profit by retailing Tianshi products and they may have the right to work as a sponsor in Tianshi.

£¨A£©RANKS, QUALIFICATIONS, MAINTENANCE & BENEFITS

1-Star Independent Consultant
Qualifications:1-Star Consultant: In order to become a Tianshi Independent Consultant, you will be required to purchase your starter kit and ID Card. You will be a Tianshi independent distributor on condition that your application is approved by Tianshi.

Benefits: A 1-Star Independent Consultant may be entitled to purchase Tianshi products at wholesale price (or membership price), receive Retail Sales Profit and sponsor others to become Tianshi Independent Consultants.

2-Star Independent Consultant
Qualification Requirements: Any Consultant that makes a one-off purchase of products for 100 PV or more becomes a 2-Star Consultant from the month in which the qualification is achieved.

Benefit: As a 2-Star Consultant, you will receive 5% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus.

3-Star Independent Consultant
Qualification requirements:
Option 1: Any Consultant who's cumulative Personal business volume reaches 300 PV or more advances to 3-Star Consultant in the month when qualification is achieved.

Option 2. Any new recruit (independent consultant) who makes a purchase of the Company's products on one-off basis for 300PV or more will advance to 3-Star level when the qualification is achieved.

Benefits: You will receive 20% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus of the current month.

4-Star Independent Consultant
Qualification requirements:
Option 1. Any Independent Consultant who makes a one-off purchase of the Company's products in excess of or equivalent to 1,200PV will be promoted to a 4-Star Independent Consultant during the month of purchase.

Option 2: Any Consultant, his/her cumulative Personal BV reaches 1,200 PV or more, advances to a 4-Star Consultant during the month of purchase

Option 3: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least three direct networks, with a 3-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative business volume of his/her total network reaching 1,500PV or more, advances to a 4-Star Consultant in the month when the qualification is achieved.

Option 4: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 3-Star Consultant in each network, and the total cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 3,000PV or more, advances to a 4-Star in the month when the qualification is achieved.

Benefits and Obligations:
Benefits: You will receive 24% of your DBV in a particular month as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus.

5-Star Independent Consultant
Qualification requirements:
Option 1: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least three direct networks, with a 4-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 6,000 BV or more, advances to a 5-Star Consultant in the month when the qualification is achieved.

Option 2: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 4-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 12,000PV or more, advances to a 5-Star Consultant in the month when the qualification is achieved.

Benefits and Obligations:
1. Firstly, you will receive 28% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus in a particular month.
2. Secondly, you will receive a Generation Bonus, which is 1% of the Group PV (PGBV) of your first level SSIC (same status independent consultant), on condition that your Group PV (namely, the PGBV in the current compensation plan) reaches 600 PV or more, if you have been promoted under Option 1 or 2;.
The leadership bonus for a 5-Star Independent Consultant shall be allocated by his or her 6-star upline from their bonus.

6-Star Independent Consultant
Qualifications:
Option 1: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least three direct networks, with a 5-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 25,000 PV or more, advances to a 6-Star Consultant in the month when the qualification is achieved

Option 2: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 5-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 50,000PV or more, advances to a 6-Star Consultant in the month when the qualification is achieved.

Benefits and Obligations:
1. Firstly, if your personal PV reaches or exceeds 100 PV as a 6-Star Consultant you will receive 32% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus.

2. Secondly, you will receive sets (N+1) of Generation Bonus within 3 generations who share the same status as you, on condition that your Group PV (i.e. PGBV) reaches 1,000 PV or more, and there are eligible N (the number ) downlines, if you have been promoted under Option 1 or 2.

3.The leadership bonus for a 6-Star Independent Consultant shall be allocated by his or her 7-star sponsor (either direct or indirect sponsor) from their bonus.

7-Star Independent Consultant
Qualifications requirements:
Option 1: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least three direct networks, with a 6-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 100,000 PV or more, advances to a 7-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 2: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 6-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 200,000 PV or more, advances to a 7-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 3: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 6-Star Consultant in each network, and four other direct networks with a 5-Star consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 100,000 PV or more, advances to a 7-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 4: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least one direct network, with a 6-Star Consultant in each network, and six other direct networks with a 5-Star consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 100,000 PV or more, advances to a 7-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Benefits and Obligations:

1. Firstly, if your personal PV reaches or exceeds 200 PV in a particular month as a 6-Star Consultant you will receive 37% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus

2.Secondly, you will receive sets (N+1) of Generation Bonus within 5 generations who share the same status as you, on condition that your Group PV (i.e. PGBV) in that particular accounting month reaches 2,000 PV or more, and there are eligible N (the number ) downlines in your network, if you have been promoted under Option 1,2, 3 or 4 above.

3.The leadership bonus for a 7-Star Independent Consultant shall be allocated by his or her 8-star sponsor (either direct or indirect sponsor ) from their bonus.

8-Star Independent Consultant
Qualifications:
Option 1: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least three direct networks, with a 7-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 400,000 PV or more, advances to a 8-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 2: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 7-Star Consultant in each network, and the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 800,000 PV or more, advances to a 8-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 3: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least two direct networks, with a 7-Star Consultant in each network, and four other direct networks with a 6-Star consultant in each network, meanwhile the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 400,000 PV or more, advances to a 8-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Option 4: Any 3-Star Consultant or above having at least one direct networks, with a 7-Star Consultant in each network, and six other direct networks with a 6-Star consultant in each network, meanwhile the cumulative PV of his/her total network reaching 400,000 PV or more, advances to a 8-Star Consultant at the beginning of the following month.

Benefits and Obligations:
1. Firstly, if your personal PV reaches or exceeds 300 PV in a particular month as a 8-Star Consultant you will receive 43% of your DBV as a Direct Bonus as well as the corresponding Indirect Bonus

2.Secondly, you will receive sets (N+1) of Generation Bonus within 8 generations who share the same status as you, on condition that your Group PV (i.e. PGBV) in that particular accounting month reaches 3,000 PV or more, and there are eligible N (the number ) downlines in your network, if you have been promoted under Option 1,2, 3 or 4 above.

3.The leadership bonus for a 8-Star Independent Consultant shall be allocated by the Company.
